We have an experienced team of BIM engineers who support the process of proper preparation of BIM / CAD models both in terms of 3D modelling and data usability. The work of our engineers is particularly important because very often the automatic generation of BIM data requires manual preparation of model templates. We also offer support in the optimization of BIM / CAD models already owned by our clients.

Very often, information about products and system solutions is stored by the manufacturer in existing IT systems, e.g. ERP, PIM, etc. We have extensive experience in automating the integration of such information with our IT solutions.

A unique feature of our system is the ability to create complex building elements and their variants directly in the database, taking into account both the manufacturer's products as well as generic, standard and other materials offered by other manufacturers. This is a particularly important issue because the users of information expect ready-made technical solutions, e.g. walls, floors, roofs, which usually contain much more products than the manufacturer offers itself.

Our system takes into account the potential multilingualism of information and the diversity of technical aspects for different countries / regions in which manufacturers offer their products.

Correct preparation of data should also take into account the process of their updating. We always try to take this aspect into account in the solutions we offer. Our database can be updated automatically, e.g. by connecting to the manufacturer's IT systems or manually through a dedicated interface in a web browser.

We offer the possibility for the user to setup the detailed content of the BIM/CAD file generated in our system. The user can independently indicate which data wants to include in the file. Of course, the optional to use data availability list is configured by the data administrator (manufacturer).
Additionally, the offered solution allows for:

1. Creating many ready-made data templates, e.g. product-neutral for use in public tenders or models with various levels of information complexity, etc.
2. Creating a PRODUCT - BIM PROJECT connection, thanks to which different participants in the design process can download files of a given product or construction element with different data content, important for a given stage of work, e.g. basic data at the stage of the architectural concept, complex at the construction stage. This allows to protect the use of the manufacturer's product at all design stages, because the necessary information is always complete and up-to-date.

Thanks to our solution, the user does not have to laboriously verify the information found in the digital model, as is the case with model libraries available on the Internet. Also, the manufacturer does not have to update the existing BIM / CAD models. The data in the model is up-to-date, and if there are doubts, e.g. after a long period of time from its first use, the model can be regenerated using the Internet link available in the model.

Often it is not possible to include complete information in one digital file. Our solution allows to attach other files to the model, e.g. by indicating them by the user or generating them automatically, e.g. product texture and the associated maps (normal/bump) for a complete digital representation of the surface appearance.

Solution Finders for products and complex construction solutions are an effective tool for searching the manufacturer's offer. Appropriate configuration of search filters significantly speeds up the search process. The search engine can operate in a step-by-step mode, narrowing down the list of results, e.g. due to the place of application, type of structure, etc. Usually, in the last step of the search, the user can choose among variants of the same construction solution, e.g. with different thickness of the insulation material. Solution Finder can also act as a set of filters available simultaneously.

After selecting the product variant or component the tool can connect to the Data Access Tool to generate a model file.

The search engine can be made as a module of a website or in the form of a mobile application.

For this type of tool, we can run an advanced module of statistical analysis of downloads and analysis of data search paths by users. The manufacturer may also use typical analytical tools, such as Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager.

For many aspects of the selection of materials and construction solutions, it is important to make advanced engineering calculations, e.g. thermal, acoustic or static. We have extensive experience in the preparation of computational tools based on the unique needs of our clients. We work with many scientists who can significantly support the algorithmization process for such calculations. Our offer also includes ready-made calculation engines for the following issues:

1. energy consumption in the building,
2. thermal aspects
3. acoustic aspects
4. environmental aspects

The result of calculations is usually an indication of a ready solution or product that meets the calculation criteria. In the next step, you can also generate a BIM or CAD / AR report or model.

We offer the implementation of such software for desktop computers, mobile devices as well as in the form of plugins for popular CAD and BIM design environments.

Building design is inextricably linked with visual planning. We offer both ready-made solutions for typical aspects of such planning and we can prepare unique selection tools at the client's request. The effect of such software operations can be a CAD / BIM design for a product application, a list of elements for a planned system solution or even an interactive 3D visualization of a technical solution.

Very often, the user expects support in the process of measuring the actual or planned object. Our solutions support this process both by using ready-made drawing editors and by using, for example, interactive 3D building mock-ups. In this type of software, we also use technologies built into mobile devices or operating using the Google Maps engine, etc.

We have ready-made selection modules:

1. an application that enables the selection of colours and textures in digital photos
2. texture generator, e.g. for elevations, interiors with the possibility of creating bump and reflection maps, etc.
3. measurement of flat roofs and walls
4. measurement of pitched roofs

Our production team has extensive experience in the preparation of original selection tools tailored to the unique needs of manufacturers. These types of solutions are usually deeply integrated with production and sales systems. Often, the offered solutions are used only internally in companies, e.g. for the planning process or sales support.

Particularly important within our offer is the support of our clients in the preparation of libraries for visual materials. Such libraries are commonly used by designers, e.g. interior architects. Professional development is important, e.g. to obtain seamless textures or to obtain roughness and reflection effects in 3D visualizations.

We also undertake tasks related to visual simulations, e.g. to illustrate the lighting conditions in newly designed buildings.

Modern mobile devices support the process of visualization of AR models in hardware (also by making a laser scan, e.g. using a Lidar scanner), which makes it easy for customers to quickly and precisely familiarize themselves with the features of the product, from its dimensions to operating conditions, e.g. by showing an animation of the functioning of e.g. actual gate or door opening.

As in the area of BIM model preparation, our clients are independent of paid platforms for the visualization of interactive 3D models, as our AR and WebGL models can also be created on demand, e.g. on the basis of parametric models of offered solutions.

In terms of such a presentation, we identified and solved several important problems:

• Often a very large number of products and solutions offered by the manufacturer,
• Necessary information update,
• Inability to prepare ready-made objects, e.g. due to the necessity to select their sizes each time, e.g. in the case of windows or doors.

Our solutions help solve the above problems and in the field of communication with online libraries we offer:

• Development and use of automatic scripts generating data for a given library based on the data collected in the manufacturer's BIM database. In this way the data in the external library is updated automatically as often as the manufacturer needs it. The manufacturer can choose the list of products or solutions that would like to present in such libraries, which allows for easy cost optimization.
• The link of models presented in external libraries with the BIM / CAD model files generator on the website of the manufacturer of building materials, e.g. by using also an additional product configurator. This allows for a significant reduction in the number of solutions presented in external libraries with a much more accurate presentation of the offer.
